Ceramicx wins Lean Start Grant from Enterprise Ireland for Quartz Production Line Review

Ceramicx has this month begun a review of the Quartz production line to look for further efficiencies and possibilities for improvement. This improvement is being undertaken by Mr. Andrew Lynch of Andona Services Ltd and is being part funded by Enterprise Ireland under the lean start programme This program will undertake an operational review of all aspects of the production of the Quartz Medium wave element looking for significant time savings in its production.
The aim of the project it achieve time savings of up to 8% in the productivity of each piece to meet the increasing market demand for this product.
