Always communicate your best values

Firstly, may I personally wish all our readers around the world a belated but very Happy St Patricks day. As an Irish based exporter to over 60 countries it was very gratifying to see the saint’s day celebrated in various diverse and unlikely settings; from Moscow to Melbourne and from Boston to Birmingham Ireland’s Patron Saint was rumored to be rather austere in life, but there’s something about his festival that cannot but emit friendliness and inclusiveness all around the world. For example, the City of Birmingham UK – extremely diverse culturally - is now host to the third largest St Patrick’s Day festival in the world. Some 85,000 individuals from all ethnicities and cultures take to the streets in order to be a part of the celebrations there. I hesitate to stretch a point but there’s a lesson here: If you look closely enough there are good qualities in almost anything. All of us, for example, who are involved in the world of Infrared Heaters should never shy away from promoting its virtues; wherever we find ourselves in the world. This came up for us some two weeks ago: The esteemed industrial journal Process Engineering took the opportunity to once again catch up with Ceramicx. Patrick Raleigh is an astute editor and journalist. It was a pleasure to talk with him about Ceramicx news and views to him. You can read Patrick’s interview here. It struck me then that the (IR) Infrared Heating world is still pushing at an open door around the world, could we all but realize the opportunities to communicate the benefits. In that vein, we continue to work on our own magazine – HeatWorks – which is continuing to broaden its appeal. Ceramicx is now gathering a fresh head of steam on various IR heating topics, ready to bring to you in late April. Please contact us direct at Ceramicx for your free HeatWorks copy. Many thanks again Frank Wilson
